Kenneth B. Simmons Associates, LLC (KBSA) is a privately owned business established in 1946 for the practice of landscape architecture and land planning.

Our firm and profession has always put a strong emphasis on the protection of the natural environment long before the principles of LEED and Low Impact Development (LID) were standards. KBSA continues to lead the profession today relying on our vast project experience on environmentally sensitive and historically significant sites.  Our continued emphasis on integrating environmentally sound principles with the needs of humans, leads our design team.
