KBS has a long history of collaboration with Frankie’s throughout South Carolina and North Carolina.

The owner of Frankie’s is dedicated to high quality design and maintenance. KBS has been the landscape architect for all newly constructed and renovated facilities for the last 30 years. Frankie’s has multiple locations including Charleston, Greenville, Columbia, Charlotte, and Raleigh.

Throughout the year KBS evaluates the landscaping and irrigation for each park to ensure maintaining only the highest level of aesthetics. KBS is responsible for landscape and irrigation design and assisted in construction administration during installation.
